Supply Chain.

SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Digital or tangible, a supply chain needs three fit-for-purpose pipes in order to thrive and serve the rest of the organization—product, cash, and data. High-quality flows of data (and the capabilities needed to generate insights from it) are essential to optimizing the movements of product and cash. Ultimately, a healthy supply chain is a tool to shorten the cash conversion cycle to the extent possible.
